For the past several years, Go Solutions Group, Inc. has administered our districts Medicaid services and claims reporting. Their electronic reporting has streamlined this task tremendously from “the paper and pencil process.” used in the past. Our staff really appreciates their support in every way. I’m sure the district receives more reimbursement due to the ease of electronic reporting. The district surely saves money by not having district personnel handling these duties. Go Solutions is always willing to provide on-site training for new staff when they are hired into the district or as a refresher for current employees who have not been involved with these duties in the past. There is on-line help as well as a toll-free number to call a “Help Desk” if there are questions during their reporting. The reminders prior to reporting deadlines are very helpful to supervisors to be aware of staff needing to complete their duties.
